Not to be confused with Janice Dickinson.  Rebecca Dickinson is a Active duty Naval Officer.  She has been accused and testified as a witness in the DC Madam Sex scandal.  The reason she is a witness,  she is a prostitute.  I definitely think the military needs to give raises.
