A bit of history: The Indie Virus is an attempt by a
few non-A-list bloggers (and their numbers are continuously growing) to
draw attention to blogs other than the linked to death A-list. The idea
was born in the comments of Brian Clarkâs blog called Copyblogger and the name was coined by Chris Pearson who also worked out the original concept:
