Its glazing has integrated mechanical ventilation systems, which significantly reduces the need for air conditioners, and rainwater will find its application in irrigation.
There are 34 elevators in the building that will generate energy when moving down. LED lighting in turn will be automatically adjusted depending on the natural level of illumination.
